Great start. They answer phone, if it's busy they say "we will get back to you" and they do, and they won't keep you waiting long. Second step. MJP staff are experienced; friendly, helpful, very efficient but most of all they listen. Next step. You receive a quote with price a date and time, one where your not waiting for weeks just to be fitted in. Last step.Their engineers turn up on time, they are professional also very resourceful, so work is quickly completed. I found MJP to be a business that's prepared to go that bit extra. Not surprisingly I recommend them.

MJP responded very quickly to my request for help. Lawrence from MJP , a very personable and friendly engineer , traced the fault where two other electricians had failed to find. Needed to raise floorboards , and remove switches and junction boxes , replaced all very satisfactorily after completion. First class job. Would recommend MJP every time

I received excellent service from MJP who fixed my EV charger. Everything arranged by phone was followed up immediately in writing and they fitted around my time restrictions and came within a week of me contacting them. Lawrence sent me a text telling me when he would arrive, and was friendly and polite throughout. He worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose the problem , then arranged a replacement part and installed it straight away. The cost was comparitive to other quotes I had, and everything was clear and transparent. I would definitely use them again, but am really hoping I don't need to!

MJP were quick to respond, and had good availability which suits my needs well, and offered a good competitive/fair price. Dan was the electrician who came out to conduct an EIRC, then followed up with the work needed. He was very professional, and took pride in his work making sure all my work was done correctly and neatly, even when out out site. I was able to leave Dan to it and carry out my tasks for that day. Dan was also very friendly with good customer interaction; explaining to me what he did and elements of the job or about the rest of the circuit he noticed. Would definitely use MJP again, and would welcome Dan back, as he was sound and trust worthy, and did a good job. Thanks.

I was very pleased that they came to my house for a survey of the works I needed completing but they were very thorough and identified some other electrical work that was potentially dangerous. They gave me several quotes and it was a very non pushy sales process. I appreciated the thorough approach to making my electrics better around the house rather than just the one area I had initially considered. I was sourcing a specific light for the job and was repeatedly let down by the delivery company but the team were understanding and flexible with rearranging the final part of the job. I was very grateful for this. All in all a great job. Thank you.

Great service, used a couple of times, most recently Matt (Fitzy) attended to fix a problem that was stopping ground floor sockets from working including internet and boiler. All sorted within two hours including fixing faulty sockets and even making better access to the boiler isolator switch. Matt kept me updated throughout and resolved everything quickly, thank you!
