MJP are a great company. They are extremely professional and transparent. I have used them twice now and they have been very easy to communicate with, very clear in terms of the process and what is included in the price. They have never quoted for work that doesn't need to be done. We had an electrical safety check and passed without further work which is refreshing because from experience other companies may add something on unnecessary. They were patient with me while we compared other quotes and with me being an overseas landlord it was a very easy and smooth process. They worked with my tenants and dealt with me electronically and we're very understanding of time zone challenges. They also updated me immediately after the visit. Will definitely use again next time. Thank you team!

MJP Electrical were punctual and provided the service requested at the price agreed. The engineer was also able to explain to me (a layperson) what was going on in language I understood.

MJP are by no means a "budget" option but you absolutely get what you pay for. A phone line that is always answered. Electricians who come when they say they will. Matt did excellent work over the course of a few different visits and went above and beyond to find and fix issues and clearly takes pride in doing a good job.

Great start. They answer phone, if it's busy they say "we will get back to you" and they do, and they won't keep you waiting long. Second step. MJP staff are experienced; friendly, helpful, very efficient but most of all they listen. Next step. You receive a quote with price a date and time, one where your not waiting for weeks just to be fitted in. Last step.Their engineers turn up on time, they are professional also very resourceful, so work is quickly completed. I found MJP to be a business that's prepared to go that bit extra. Not surprisingly I recommend them.

I used MJP for an emergency call out as our electrics kept tripping, they were there within 2 hours, fixed the problem very quickly and didn’t charge a ridiculous call out charge like the others were quoting!

MJP responded very quickly to my request for help. Lawrence from MJP , a very personable and friendly engineer , traced the fault where two other electricians had failed to find. Needed to raise floorboards , and remove switches and junction boxes , replaced all very satisfactorily after completion. First class job. Would recommend MJP every time

I received excellent service from MJP who fixed my EV charger. Everything arranged by phone was followed up immediately in writing and they fitted around my time restrictions and came within a week of me contacting them. Lawrence sent me a text telling me when he would arrive, and was friendly and polite throughout. He worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose the problem , then arranged a replacement part and installed it straight away. The cost was comparitive to other quotes I had, and everything was clear and transparent. I would definitely use them again, but am really hoping I don't need to!

MJP Electrical completed my works regarding electrical certification for a domestic rental property. I had a very short space of time before tenants were moving in and their team went above and beyond to make sure my works were completed before the deadlines. Everything was completed to a high standard and their team are very professional.
