Do you find that you never have enough sockets? With so many devices these days needing power it is not unusual to need more power outlets.

All too often we use extension sockets, extension cables and reels to provide us with extra outlets. However, it is very easy to overload them. Most typical 4 socket extension leads have a maximum load of 3000 watts (13 amps) and therefore it is important to note how much power you are trying to draw from each device that is plugged in.

Too many high-powered devices or appliances that are plugged in and you could risk the extension socket burning out which could then cause the potential for electric shock, fire and potential for a deadly situation.

The answer is to have more wall sockets at strategic points around the home so that you plug in your electrical items without risk.

Call MJP Electrical now to enquire about more sockets and a competitive quotation.
